[RT] What is the best way for a trader to wire his house

I am building a new house.  The framing is almost done.  Before it is too 
late I want to make sure I have not forgotten anything regarding trading?

I am running conduit through the roof for satellite and have 8 phone lines.  
I also want to network computers in various rooms. 

What cabling and network specifics should I install to enable me to take full 
advantage of current and future technology?  I just want the correct cabling 
in place before all the walls and ceilings are enclosed.
