All,
Three blind men hear an elephant. They approach it, arms outstretched.
The first grabs the tail and announces,"It's a rope".
The second hugs a leg and announces,"It's a tree".
The third wanders into an ear and announces,"It's an angel".
There is the story of a student who comes to his teacher demanding to know
the secret of life.
"The secret of life is the one thing", replies the teacher.
"Can you tell me what it is?", asks the student.
"Can you tell me what it is not?", asks the teacher.
"Alas, I cannot", replies the student, to which the teacher replies,
"Then you already know".
Arguing over 'who knows Gann' or 'what is Gann' is arguing over which part
is the elephant. True Gann is not a person or a method but an inner process
designed to teach someone the inner ability to find their own keys to tell
them whatever they need to know.
The first prerequisite is self honesty.
You might ask yourselves whether you are morely like to build your grail
from that which becomes unified, or that which is torn apart.
And whatever your answer is will be true, for you.
I look forward to hearing what your elephants look like.
