Letters, La Jolla, CA. He published a large one page of the DJIA each year
with the A/D on it and he had these going back to the early part of the
20th century.

You can also so to decisionpoint and download and ascii formated history
of A/D data going back to 1980... very sweet cache of data points.. That
is kept up to date.
