phone work, I managed to get a real number for a real person in Florida

finally able to get a refund out of them.&nbsp; I got the impression that they
were a real small operation of only 5 or 6 people.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

you have PI?&nbsp;&nbsp; It is produced by Investors Alliance not Investors
Intelligence.&nbsp; I cannot recommend PI to anybody that does any serious
trading.&nbsp; The data in stocks, mutual funds is completely unreliable.
They have no phone number, you cannot talk to a human being.&nbsp; Emails to
PI are rarely, if ever, answered.&nbsp; All one needs to do is go to the BBS
that they have and see the thousands of complaints by prior and present
users.&nbsp; Yes, it is inexpensive, but what good is it if the data is not
reliable and any TA on a chart that has a price that varies from 1 to 2000
as there are many, is completely useless.&nbsp; I have been a user since
almost day 1 and have kept it only because $90/year is not much since they
do have a newletter that has a handful of pages with Mel Berko and a couple
of others once per month which I sort of enjoy reading so I pay for it just
to get the newsletter and keep up with the software and see if they make any
changes.&nbsp; For $90/year you get one CD which any errors in the online
data are NEVER corrected as there is no online correction so by the end of
one year when their have been distributions, stock splits, etc and most are
not corrected, you have a fairly useless piece of software to depend on for
TA.&nbsp; Right now, when I renewed last September, I have not been able to
access their stock database for over 1 month due to a glitch somewhere and
after dozens of emails, never one answer back which is typical as they are
    probably always swamped.&nbsp; Incredible!</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

Intelligence.&nbsp; It is only $92 a year and the daily updates over the
net are free.&nbsp; It has all the tools for both technical and
fundamental analysis.&nbsp; It has all the financial data, and the means
to sort the stocks and mutual funds by almost any combination of
fundamental criteria. I think there are 9000 stocks and I don't know how
