I'm sorry. Just what is your point. I re-read it and it says the same thing
that I read the first time. 

If simple is what you want there are dozens of ticker services out there.
Many, many services on the Internet have been mentioned here on RT's.

Around here you can't get on the Internet at certain times of the day. Then
the whole thing goes offline from time to time some times for a whole day.
