Thank you to all who assisted. I tried changing the time servers in AtomTime
without much improvement. I finally ended up downloading a nifty little free
utility called Dimension4 which is much more configurable, provides a
selectable list of time servers, and works just fine. It can be found at
http://www.thinkman.com/~thinkman/
