Very interesting.  However, as a percentage of GDP the US would probably be
dead last on the list, which is actually a good thing.  It means despite all
the other places to put their money, Americans are still finding the US to
be the best place to invest in the future.  In contrast, despite all the
good things we've heard about positive changes in Britain, their citizens
obviously feel it is a relatively lousy place to invest, and so they ship
their capital elsewhere (primarily, to the US...).
