TICK is a measure of what stocks are doing, while TRIN is a measure of
what volume is doing. Therefore a heavily minus tick (means more stocks
down on last tick) with a TRIN below 1 (more volume in the tocks moving
up than in the stocks moving down) implies smaller stocks moving down on
low volume, with some money flowing into a narrower number of stocks.
That's how I read it anyway...
