FUT -- Looking for Internet Broker for German trading S&Ps

I have a friend who is here in Germany and wants to trade S&P futures,
or at least the e-mini. Because of phone charges, he wants to trade over
the internet. Only one or two contracts (S&P) at a time. Can anyone
recommend a firm or broker for him to talk to, either in the US or
Europe?
