Earl, All,
I have been trading with PMBe, but since position trading I can't answer
most of your
questions.
One point, however. If you plan to trade overnight, then PMBe is not for
you: you can
trade only daytime, the same for E-Minis. No GLOBEX, or else, connected.
And you can't
place orders late in the night or early in the morning.
At least, that was true three months ago.
