Hello,
I bought APCC at 37 on Fri Sept. 25th and sold (I thought) on Mon Sept.
28th. @ 39 1/2. They informed me about 1/2 hr. after the trade was
filled that it was broken.
On other occasions even though execution time is prior to order
placement (:-))) and I don't believe that I placed the order, they claim
I did and fill it. For example I placed a sell order for Bel at 3.00
p.m. they filled it as a buy at the same high price. In the space where
it shows time of placing the order and time order was executed the
execution is before placement and they refuse to accept that the order
was a confirmed sell and not buy.
I don't know where it would say if they acted as agent or principle in
filling the orders.
Thanks for your interest, it makes me feel less moronic.
