Hi all,
It's 1:30 am in chicago on friday morning, thursday night here in Hawaii.
spooz are down about 400 to 1032, last night i sent an e-mail "Black
Monday" when the spooz where in the upper 1070's......this may turn out to
be true after all (anticipate the anticipated anticipation). The puts in
the oex i still have are worth roughtly $9,000 and remember my total
investment was $2,600 last monday (9 trading days ago) i started with
calls, then puts then probably calls again next week....
I have a "ridiculous" open order - "sell 4 sep 515 puts at 120,
(oex near 400 on monday?!) and sell 1 sep 500 put at 105. which would
translate into roughtly $58,000!? Dream with me a moment, if we close in
the upper 400's tomorrow (friday) maybe 490? my point - over the weekend
people really will finally get scared (did anyone catch joe batapaglia on
cnbc about an hour after the close?) then a 20% black monday correction
would put us at 400 on the oex. Regardless, i will be taking profits by
monday or tuesday.....then put 5 to 10 k in calls next week? I'll keep you
updated. Now for the weird stuff - - - I was driving home and was
wondering where "Gann" would see the oex going, then, "I swear to God", (i
will seriously start taking a camera or cam-corder with me!!!) A car drove
pass me, the licence plate was, are you ready? - - - "GAN 400" call the
"dmv", call 1-800-u.s.search, or who ever can prove this, oh, it was an
older mercedes i think, dusty white. Quite weird indeed!!! also, remember
the "oex put" license plate story, if you private e-mail me, i will give
you his name and #, at the discount broker place, again, i never met him
before that day!!! also, if a full moon means a bottom, well, i'm looking
at a bright almost 1/2 moon (a top?), just more "gravitational pull" to the
downside!
and last but certainly not least, the TECHNICALS....
wave #3!!!
we finally broke support and did you all notice after my e-mail with a few
hours left in thurs trading i mentioned that we couldn't get above 1060
(old support became resistence on the upside, a ceiling if you will, then
down we went!!
remember the "KISS" method, when i told everyone to look at that 3 chart
"cnnfn" nasdaq chart and mentioned stochastics "bird beak", etc... I hope
you all took notice and position traded accordingly!!!
I can't sleep, but this will be my only e-mail for the night, even if in a
few hours when i watch globex and europe wakes up and we start to tank,
i'll sit quietly back, and prepare for the waterfall down....
