They gave no warning of this afternoon's decline, so it will be interesting to
see how the rest of the afternoon shakes out. Generally, they seem to do a
better job of indicating rallies. The only independent (not price based)
indicator I have which did give adequate warning of this afternoon's decline
uses a/d issues and a/d volume.
