I have sent another .gif file to David Cicia to see what happens. What I
cannot understand is why some of them come out without any trouble and
others do not.
I am not a computer expert, so will someone tell me what ought to be done.

I use something called PaintShop Pro which I 'fill' from the Clipboard of my
SuperCharts. Then I save it as a file. That file I then transfer to the
message I am sending out and it appears as an attachment at the bottom -
separated by border and looking like a file, all 'boxed up and labelled'
What else is one supposed to do?

I really do get a lot of people saying they got the file - some have said
could I turn it into black on white and not full colour. Since I reckon
that what I am sending is just for viewing, rather than printing, I wouldn't
have thought it mattered. You will appreciate that it is a real bore when
you have a lot of coloured lines on the chart to have to change all that.

What I am happy to do is to take a snapshot, as it were, off the chart I am
working and send it out - to help other with their trading. If it is going
to cause a lot of bother, why bother...

Any thoughts? And while I am at it, here is another .gif file, sent in the
same way. Please, someone, tell me that it has come out as clearly as I
can see it before sending it out, as an attachment to this message.

As my dear late departed mother-in-law used to say: "We can't all and some
of us don't!"
