This would be my course requirements:
6 hrs. Introduction to futures/Mechanics
36 hrs. Personal and Human Psychology
36 hrs. Money Management
12 hrs. Probability/Statistics
9 hrs. Game Theory
6 hrs. Scientific Method (How to Conduct a Valid Experiment/Test)
6 hrs. Taxes
6 hrs. System development
12 hrs. Technical Analysis 
OR
36 hrs. Fundamental Analysis
(The Fundamental Analysis includes some TA for the actual entry and exit of
positions as an option.  These classes are taken last.)

There could be 100s of electives, but these would be my requirements for a
degree.
