This isn't directly related to trading, so I'm a little hesitant to replay to
this - but...

I can't wait to hear this one.  First, in referencing U.S. Code, you need to
provide the title name as well (e.g. 15 USC 1123).  I looked this up anyway,
and there isn't *any* section 1123 in USC dealing with email - or, for that
matter, anywhere else in the Code (I performed a search on the Cornell Law
Database to be sure). Moreover, it is preposterous to suggest that USC would
convey such powers upon private citizens.  Now, if I am wrong about any of
this, please feel free to point out the errors, along with appropriately
citing the relevent law.
