Thank You for your help, references, and insight about this matter. I don't
wish to expand this thread as it is only vaguely related to the subject of
trading. I will say that a ruling allowing this sort of thing may make the
Internet into a lonely place. Seems there is always someone that wishes to
abuse a privilege beyond reason.
