FUTR: New S&P Circuit Breakers

S&P Traders,

I just read an announcement from the CME about changing the circuit
breakers for trading the S&P contract, and all other CME indices,
effective April 1. The announcement is dated March 11.   I have not seen
any other messages about this on the list, so thought I should pass this
