RT's,
I think that everybody ought to leave if they don't want to talk about
what I want to talk about. I"M KIDDING!!! But this should serve to
illustrate the absurdity of what some are saying here. If I want to talk
about systems etc. I will. If I want to talk about charting a third
dimension, I will(even if I did only get 1 reply). I'm not likely to tell
you what I'm going to trade, but if I want to I will. I think that the
administrators expect that there will be diverse discussions here. Several
times they have asked that we describe the logic(if any) behind our
decision to trade. I've heard that there are over 5000 securities and new
ones every day. If everyone here posted an opinion about even a portion of
these... Well it would just be a waste. Have you heard the Doctor or any of
the other professionals broadcasting what they are planing to do? My
reasons to make a trade may be totally un-useful to someone else. Say for
example I had a large portfolio of S&P stocks. I may want to buy puts to
hedge my heavy long position if I thought that a round of profit taking was
forthcoming. So If I say “I’m buying S&P puts.” It may be a really bad move
for someone else.
Stig had a reasonable point, after being asked about 3 dozen times about
Robert Miner, Larry Williams, etc. it’s a bore for most. Stig tried to
describe the logic behind his thinking, great. We don’t have to agree. By
the way Stig I really liked the bit about the square root of Pi. Lets
broaden our minds while at the same time we attempt to zero in on the most
suitable way for us to trade.

Best Regards,
Brent
