Michael and all:
It definitely slows down your machine if web page stuff is left.
Especially in the Windows/Temp folder. Windows/TemporaryInternet
stuff should clean up by itself.
The automatic clean-up that's supposed to happen will definitely
not happen if your system crashes. Then you have to do it yourself
with windows explorer. Cookies do not delete easily and some you
may want to keep.
