I am having trouble with my computer slowing down or "mediatating" every few
minutes. It started first with TS but has now persisted even when TS is not
running such as with MS Word. The only things I can think of are memory or
the allocation of it and resources. Resources is still a mystery even though
it has been discussed frequently because there does not appear to be a way to
measure or correct it. Can anyone help with this probelm?
