Marc,
Unfortunate Problem. I have not had this sort of trouble myself. I know
that for the money I am not going to get a lot of service but they have
been reasonably helpful and fairly responsive to my inquiries. I have tried
about 7 different data services and I had to pay for any service I ordered
whether it was useful or compatible or not.
Best Regards,
Brent

I would like to relay my troubles with Prophet Data Service. I had signed
up for a trial subscription which I had cancelled for several reasons. For
one I could not receive the data via my software. Additionally when I
called their 800 number I received a disconnect signal.

tried resolving this with several phone calls. I was initially told I was
not entitled to a refund(??????). After much haranguing they agreed to
refund my money. However they only refunded me 2 of 34 dollars charged and
