If you want free there are many places that have free delayed charting
over the internet. If you are trading on the NYSE or NASDAQ. Online
brokerage firms E-Trade and Datek both have research and charting for
free when you open up an account. I trade through Datek.
It would also help if you would explain your needs in a little more
detail to the list.
