Re: GEN - TS resource error

That is interesting. I wasn't running any DOS programs on Thursday or
Friday and the freezing continued to become more frequent. I continued to
exit programs until only TradeStation was running and it still froze about
a half hour before the close. Here is what I have done and so far things
run OK with the offline server, will have to wait for Monday for the online
server(busier).
1. Did some internal dusting, SIMM next to cpu had dust caked on the pins,
2. Made 200 megs of free hard disk space by removing unused items.
3. Removed SuperCharts from the Omega directory that had TradeStation.
Never used SC.
4. Emptied the Temp file, History file, Recent file, AOL Cache, reduced
stored email
5. Ran scan disk and fixed any errors.
6. Ran defrag(was only at 6%)
7. Reseated the Dongle.

Then with no programs open the wmem.exe said there were 7000 selectors
available. Opened Omega offline server, opened TS charting, opened
Internet Valet with Eudora Lite, opened Hypersnap, opened MSIE, opened AOL,
opened Fibonacci Trader, and there were still 1600 selectors available. In
the past one frequent problem was freezing that occurred when disconnecting
from the internet and that was with or without anything else running.
