And does everyone know when they have done a lot of digging for themselves
and the
lots of hard work?  Isn't the really stupid question the one that you don't
ask?

Maybe you want the newbies to keep quiet, work hard, just listen?  Do you
get the
feeling that the beginners here are not studying?  Not doing their part to
gain
the fundamental knowledge?  What should they do that is different?
