this kind of stuff.
The concept of "within a couple of days either way" is the secret.
Go work the numbers yourself. Say the predicted date is Wednesday.
Bammo!! The whole week is covered, and the predictor claims divine
correctness no matter which day the top/bottom occurs. Even worse,
foolish people agree in wonderment that the predictor wa "right".
...all the predictor needs to do is make 4 to 6 predictions a month,
and 95% "accuracy" is easily attained. Even with plus-or-minus one
day, it is easy to be "right" 90% of the time -- just a few more
"predictions" are needed.
