NW: How many times have you seen a supposedly bullish report coincide
with a top or a bearish report coincide with a bottom? According to the
punits, 5 weeks ago, Asia was going to sink into the Pacific Ocean.
Where are the world's stock markets now compared to then? Higher? Are
the pundits still saying that Asia is sinking? Yes? People "react" to
news based on their perceptions and expectations. That is the realm of
human emotion where perception is reality. Psychology accounts for about
90% of all stock market price action.
