Fellas:

Just a quick comment on this. Immediately after I took Don off, I sent him
an email telling him he had been temporarily removed in order to straighten
this matter out. I said that I was looking forward to restoring his
membership when he emailed me a reasonable explanation. While this is a
paraphrase, this is an accurate reflection of the demeanor I had. If anyone
wants to see the exact text I sent him, I'd be more than happy to forward
it to you privately. It wasn't a lynching as much as just pulling him to
the side of the road. Whether or not he got back onto the road was up to
him entirely.

Since his removal, I have read on RT some fine explanations for how Don may
have possibly pulled it off. The problem is that they have not come from
Don himself. He could have been off and back on in a blink of an eye. Up to
the time of my writing this email, however, I have not received any
explanation from him for the descrepancy. Oh--he has emailed me. . .but on
that just use your imagaination, folks.

Pulling people aside has been a workable approach in the past when there
have been problems and misunderstandings by members. I find that it is
better to take the person off first in order to avoid a possible disruption
to the list if the person goes berserk.

Best regards,
Eddie Kwong

P.S. I appreciate all the comments posted "on the air" (even those that
disagree with me) and I appreciate that they've been kept at a minimum. Now
back to trading.

I have had a considerable amount of e-mail off-topic with Don, more than I
have time for...actually. It appears he blames me, to some extent, for his
getting booted.

I don't feel like I'm a bad guy, here. My conversations with Don center on
my
belief that he does not present his thoughts well. He thinks I am incorr
ect.

If you think it's my fault, I'm sorry. There is nothing I can do about it
now.

Further, my ISP's mail server was down since yesterday...if I missed other
messages on this or other subjects that were directed to me I apologize,
but
I cannot respond to something that I know nothing about.

Side note:

Don's "questionable" (whether it was or not I do not know) trade was on BA,
I believe.
BA is not NASDAQ, Schwab cannot get any better a fill than you or I.
