If you purchased the item with a credit card, you can disput the item.
Your credit card company will want a complete detail of the whole trans
action. Then you will be able to get your money back.

If you paid with cash, you will have a hard time, sorry to say.
Contact your Better Business B. They might be able to help.

Hope this helps.
