With all the discussion about RSIS and such, interested traders would do
well to take a look at two books that have TS and SC code such as is used
on the attached .gif of the OEX and TICK. Bill Blau's book "Momentum,
Direction, and Divergence" and Jensen's "How I Tripled My Money In The
Futures Market" both have code for combination indicators.
