FUTR GEN: CIS Trading Wire (Delayed Version)

Thanks to the many people that have shown an interest in some of the
Trading Wire e-mail publications. (The free delayed version)

I have noticed that quite a few people are having trouble with the
newer EXCEL 97 format.

Would everyone prefer if I put it on the website so everyone could
read it there? Might save some room in your mailboxes too :)
