A quickk explanation fo the Turtle System is as follows:
It was thought that traders were like turtles, they will all do the same
thing in unison. Put them on the beach and the crawl to the ocean.
Apparently, if you buy at the highest closing price of the last X number of
days (say 48), and sell at the lowest close, and exit at the lowest close of
the last 24 days, you will absolutely make money but you must be in a lot of
markets.
You will loose most of the time but your wins are big. It is said to be 35%
effective.
It is not worth $2500.

Does anybody have an idea what the Turtle system is and whether the
recent commercial system is wholly intact ??? It was some secret group
of traders that were trained and held to a code of silence. Now the
system is being purveyed to the masses of late.
I have seen $2,500 for the system. Where is the source from??? Has
anyone taken a look at it and can you give a opinion???
This system held a mystique for years. How does it come about that it
will now become ordinary???

Contact Michael Gur Dillon at www.Symmetrywave.com.
He has some good material that "rates" the turtle methodology....and
shows how it can be improved upon....using his own researched
methods....Accutrend and Symmetrywave, etc.
His material is suffient that you could implement 'turtleing'....chances
are you wouldn't want to.
In any case, it is a place to start.
