a lot of companies do take the policy of "satisfaction guaranteed." it
doesn't matter WHY the person isn't satisfied -- if they aren't happy, a
refund is indicated. quibbling with the customer isn't going to make
them happy. getting legalistic isn't going to make them happy. it's
pretty black and white.
