I agree with what Bob says but think of this:
TS2k "verifies" at least twice to 4 times as fast as TS8.x
Access to TS2k library of EL language files is two to four times faster than
TS8.x
Although I do most development in TS8.x, when a client asks for me to
look at some code I invariably look at it in TS2k because it is so much
easier and convenient so long as it does not have any TS8 specific
code.
