With 15 years of IT experience you also know that
what you are explaining now makes it a lot clearer
to people reading than your first message that you
have looked at the settings and know what you are
doing so the problem should probalby not be between
keyboard and chair wich, is in 99% of the cases,
the origination of the problem wich you again, should
know with 15 years of IT experience.
