RE: IB vs TS fills

Dave,

What kind of poop you selling? It could be an infinite number of reasons.
Sounds like you need to work on your systems, software, or dozens of
different things.

IB is direct exchange order and you can't get faster while maintaining the
same
reliability. TS8 problems are abound, and it will take more than a '3
sentence' talking head to make many use a slower web based application.

TS8's got all eggs in one basket & all fed on web: application, broker, and
data.
The standards in trading are: IB, Esignal, and TS2K independent entities for
reliability, diagnosis, and expertise. The only thing TS8 wants is your
money. TS8 is probably a pretty good compromise, and may be easier due to
system integration; but integration is a one time deal and helps diagnose
problems easier when they happen.

Hi all, Trader friend of mine using TS8 is constantly getting better ES
fills than mine when I'm using IB. Are orders sent differently to Globex
using IB than TS8? This could also be that he is pulling the trigger before
me but thought I would ask this quick question for anyone's response. Best
regards, David...
