He is sending the order in before you. Limit orders are native to globex and
so are held at the exchange. They are matched on a FIFO (first in first out
basis)though sometimes I would swear I am placed at the front of the Queue
when a price breaks and at the back when it holds.

Basic Limit orders, he's (TS8) seems to get filled and more than
