TS "support" statement

S8.0 says:
Unable to Access TradeStation Support
It has been detected that you are not connected to the Internet. You must
connect to the Internet in order to access TradeStation Support. Please
establish an Internet connection and try again.

However, I have an indicator for my internet connection, which reads 100%, and
other internet-reliant programs (e.g. Netscape) are working fine.

So only TS can't find the internet, unlike my other programs.

Any idea what is going on?
