I bought a large desk with monitor stands from www.anthro.com. They
have a lot of great stuff, though pricey. Getting the monitors up
really helps.

I alternate between regular sitting, yoga-style, and leaning back feet
on the desk, but the thing that helps me most is a vigorous swim, run,
or bike ride right after the close.
