Many traders I know use a platform, stool or ottoman- and sit cross-legged-
yup-no back support,
as Mother Nature makes you sit up straight that way. Yoga-like. Yoga class
once a week helps.
Get up and move when you can.
Hot tub helps.
BTW, Studies show that the smell of lemon increases
accuracy while working with numbers by some 60%. (Japanese study
done in accounting firms)

Best Wishes,

Marc
