Not a problem - some times its the simple problems that are the hardest to
correct.
Esignal offers a historic data downloader, for free, that works with TS2000i. Its
a little strange to get setup but if you would like about three months of tick
data and a longer period of minute data it is worth the effort.
There is form on eSignal if you have questions about the operation of their
downloader.
