Someone posted here a link to a web page that QQQQ is becoming a Threshold 
Security.

There are lots of experienced traders and investors on this list.

Please comment what is the consequence of an EXCHANGED TRADED FUND becoming
a threshold security?

What exactly are they looking to achieve?
