Hi Gerald,
I will try to stick with facts and my own personal experience. It has been
over 4 MONTHS since I started to try to set-up a simple LLC with
TradersAccounting.com (in the state of Arizona) and it is still not
complete. Make sure you have lots of time for this activity.

second, and know all the intricacies of setting up trading corporations,
