I made a little test. I backed up the C:\Program Files\Omega
Research\Server directory somewhere. I made a couple of changes to the Dow
Jones index and a couple of stockes. When I restored the C:\Program
Files\Omega Research\Server directory, the changes were gone.
So IMO, you do not need to have different installations of GS. Just
different dirs for diferent sets of data.

Going to try this question in a different way, see if i can get more
specific answers this time.
What benefits arise from running TS2ki from different directories, from
different hard drives?
Can the 'separate' global Servers have different symbols and data?
Can they somehow have different workspaces? etc.
Is there a knowledge base doc that covers this?
