DB,

You are correct.
I am using a DSL connection that is supposedly "always on" according to
Sprint. The only firewall is in the Sprint supplied hub.
I don't know if it is a line problem that starts the connection issue via a
"burp" in the DSL service, or if it is a issue between the Global Server
(client) and the eSignal Data Manager (server).
When I experience this problem I have never noticed the eSig Data Manager
icon in the win. sys. tray turning red and loosing its connection. But if it
does disconnect for a split second (not disconnected at least the 10 -15
seconds needed to turn red) that is what might be starting this little chain
reaction. Whatever the case, eSig Data Manager reconnects fine, but Global
Server does not.
I need to find a way to make the Global Server reconnect or at least alert
me when it has lost connection to the eSig Data Manager.

Anyone with Ideas?

Best Regards,

Rand
