help with .ELA verify (for those still using TS 4.0)

I have some old ELA code that is supposed to plot a 3 line break chart on my
SC 4.0

I can import the file but it will not verify

Wondering if someone still using TS 4.0 could look at this with their
PowerEditor and fix the verify problem
