If it does it's job without it, why not. Not that i can think of any
car that would but my car does have everything i need to get
me from A to B. Just like TS2000i has everything i need to get
me from A to B. It does have everything to do it's job. (as evidence
we have all the happy TS2000i users)
It will have support from the vendor.
Who will do nothing about upgrades or bug fixes.
Lots of people don't need those.... I for sure never needed any.

TS2000i agree with you there. (i am one of those)
People who brag about their trading ability on this list should be
prepared to offer proof. As a long time lister, you must be aware of
that.
Saying i made money using TS2000i is bragging ? Everyone who
ever bought TS2000i and is still on this list probably made money
with it. Why else would they keep on using it. I don't consider that
bragging. For the right reasons i would alway's be willing to show
proof. Showing that TS2000i is a working piece of software is not
one of those reasons. You would not know if i made money using
that or any other piece of software, it would just show you i did
indeed make a living trading.
Yes, why not. Maybe because then you would have nothing to do in
the omega list ?
Silly boy. I still use TS2Ki because I have a HUGE investment in
learning to use the program and buying/developing EasyLanguage code.
That can be used in TS8 also. No need to stay with TS2000i
And most importantly, I've learned to work around the bugs.
See, TS2000i seems to work... unless you build your own transmission ?
