If PS2Ki was the first ever installation on the new machine, it should have
installed all the components, including the 'availability' popup screen. There
are two options, either reformat and install OS and PS2Ki on the new machine
(easiest and fastest) or depending on the OS, certain windows components need to
be disabled before reinstalling just PS2Ki (they can be enabled after
installing PS2ki). Ofcourse all traces of PS2Ki need to be removed from the
registry. Al in TS support can guide you quickly through this if you need
further help.
RS returning zero could be related to the indicator not being available to RS or
certain settings like "maxbars back", etc. The help section has an example on
proper usage of EMA in RS.
