I have noticed that sometimes insider buy/sell are not immediately before  
price jump/fall, so there may be time for outsiders to act/react.  And  the 
insiders for different companies/industries may behave differently.   That's why 
historical insider data may be useful to analyze.  Like  Seth, I would like to 
know of a good source for it too.  Please let me  know if anybody knows of 
some.  Thanks.

How would anyone use insider data.  By the time  it is reported and
