I have noticed that sometimes insider buy/sell are not immediately before
price jump/fall, so there may be time for outsiders to act/react. And the
insiders for different companies/industries may behave differently. That's why
historical insider data may be useful to analyze. Like Seth, I would like to
know of a good source for it too. Please let me know if anybody knows of
some. Thanks.

How would anyone use insider data. By the time it is reported and
released it is way too late to be of use isn't it? Or perhaps you are
the fellow that has someone on the inside.
