Never had this issue with TS2000i, but anyway "nag,nag,nag" opens the door
at TradeStation & their tech support, I still have a hard time believing how
long it did take to change a customer ID in TS8, but finally everything
works.

Yes, I agree, but...
Melody has been very helpful to me in the past. She is the only one for 2Ki
Tech support. All of my contacts with her have been by email. It is hoped
that list members will not flood her with phone calls over smaller matters.
Email has always worked fine for me. She has always responded in a short
time.
I consider Melody to be one of the better techs of Omega.
